Return Policy

Any shipment shortage or defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days of delivery.  Please retain all original packaging materials until claim is completed and settled.  No claim will be allowed unless reported to customer service within 10 days of delivery.  Please notify the local UPS, FedEx or trucking company’s office if shipment was damaged during transit.


Return authorization is required for any return merchandise.  Please obtain return authorization through Hot Focus Customer Service only, not through Sales Reps.  Any return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
